Three Dead in Head-on Collision on Bryan Dairy Road Wednesday Night

Three people were killed in a vehicle collision on Wednesday, September 21, 2016.  The crash occurred in the Westbound lanes of Bryan Dairy Rd west of Starkey Road at approximately 9:41 PM.

First responders from Seminole Fire Rescue and Sunstar Paramedics were dispatched to reports of this crash.  Upon arrival they visualized the extreme damage to the vehicles involving multiple patients.  Additional units were called in to assist from other local agencies including Largo Fire Rescue, Pinellas Park Fire Rescue and Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office.

The crash involved a 2009 Toyota Camry being driven by 46 year-old Hoang Minh Pham of Seminole, Florida.  According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Pham was traveling eastbound on Bryan Dairy Road west of Starkey Rd in the inside lane.  He lost control of his Camry, traveled across the center median and into the westbound lanes colliding head-on with a 2007 Cadillac DTS.




The Cadillac was being driven by 54 year-old Ronald Aloysuis Reilly of Largo, Florida. Reilly’s passenger has been identified as 47 year-old Kimberlee Kaye Stewart also of Largo, Florida.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, all three of the individuals were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash and alcohol did not appear to have played a role in the crash.

Pham and Reilly died at the scene of the crash and Stewart was transported by Sunstar Paramedics to Largo Medical Center Hospital where she died.

FHP reports the roadway reopened Thursday morning at about 4:30 AM.
